As one of the oldest real estate developers in the Oklahoma City area, CCDC has been developing residential and commercial properties for over forty years. Established in 1964 by Joe Love, CCDC has been behind some of the most lasting and renowned developments in Oklahoma City including Leadership Square. Son Michael took over the business in 2007 furthering CCDC’s commitment to quality, while creating lasting value for the people who call their developments home.

Today CCDC focuses its residential and commercial efforts primarily in northwest Oklahoma City.
